Chemitop Co., Ltd. employees are exhibiting photos of their activities to overcome COVID-19 with their families.

In the era of non-face-to-face COVID-19, new changes are being attempted in the workplace culture where we communicated with each other through company dinners or picnics.

Workers are responding to the new communication culture, such as displaying caricatures of employees in the company's corridors or holding contests with photos of experience activities with their families.

A, an employee of Bioncell Co., Ltd., which is holding a caricature exhibition, said, "As COVID-19 is prolonged, it was desolate because there is no opportunity to communicate even if I work at one workplace, but I can't help but laugh when I see caricatures of my colleagues working with me," smiling, "It's nice to have a conversation to share."

Chemistop Co., Ltd. distributed kits for activities to "overcome COVID-19" to employees in advance and held a contest after receiving photos of them decorating kits with their families.

Chemical Top B said, "It's better to put it together in one place," adding, "It feels like the picture contains a lot of stories."

This new communication culture began through the COVID-19 company-specific program of the Chungbuk Women's New Work Support Headquarters.

Chungbuk Saeil Headquarters has been providing up to 4 million won per company since November for this program. Seven companies in the province, including One & C Co., Bioncell Co., Chemistop Co., Ltd., JBCom Co., Daeseong Airtec Co., Biotoxec Co., Ltd., and SY Solution Co., Ltd., are participating in the field of organizational revitalization, management consulting, and family-friendly programs.

Each company is making various attempts to overcome COVID-19 through this program, such as interviewer education, competency building education by position, management consulting for female founders, and experience programs with family members.

Oh Kyung-sook, head of the Chungbuk Saeil Division, said, "It seems that participating companies are experiencing a flexible and family-friendly corporate culture as a new competitiveness through considering the emotions of workers and being with their families," adding, "We expect this change to be an important opportunity not only to revitalize the company but also to maintain a sustainable career for women."
